At OutServe Window Cleaning, we believe our job goes beyond just leaving your windows spotless. For us, being part of the community means being prepared, present, and ready to help—especially when it really counts.
That’s why every OutServe vehicle is fully equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit and an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), available to the public in the event of a medical emergency.
Why We Carry First Aid Kits and an AED
Emergencies don’t wait. Whether it’s a cut, a fall, or a serious cardiac event, having access to proper equipment can save lives.
As a mobile service working in communities, commercial areas, and public spaces every day, we realized we’re often closer to emergencies than traditional first responders. That’s why we’ve taken this step—to make a real difference when time matters most.
We’re here not just to clean windows, but to be a small part of the community safety net.
This Week, We’re Working in Your Area
If you need sparkling windows or a helping hand, look out for our team in the following areas this week:
Kilnhurst
Thorpe Hesley
Highgate
Darfield
Wentworth
Thurnscoe
Goldthorpe
Bolton upon Dearne
West Melton
Wath upon Dearne
Mexborough
Wombwell
Barnburgh
Rawmarsh
If you spot an OutServe van in any of these areas, don’t hesitate to say hello—or reach out if you or someone nearby needs urgent first aid or AED support. Our kits are for everyone, not just our crew.
Always Ready to Respond
Every OutServe technician is trained in basic first aid and AED use. While we hope our gear stays in the van, we’re ready to act if needed. Whether it's assisting a passerby in distress or providing basic wound care while waiting for emergency services, we’re here to help.
Community First, Always
We’ve always believed that doing great work means caring for people, not just properties. Carrying life-saving tools in our vans is just one more way we aim to outserve.
We also encourage other service businesses to consider how they too can contribute to a safer, more prepared community.

And remember:When you see an OutServe vehicle in your street, you’re seeing a company that cares—about your home, your safety, and your community.
