At OutServe Window Cleaning, we've always believed that running a business should be about more than simply providing a service.
Of course, cleaning windows, clearing gutters and looking after people's homes is what
we do every day. But we've always wanted OutServe to stand for something more.
Being there for people, supporting our community and making a positive difference wherever we can.
That's why we're excited to introduce something a little different.

A little conversation can make a big difference.
We know that loneliness can affect anyone.
Whether you're elderly, living alone, working from home, going through a difficult time or simply haven't spoken to anyone all day, sometimes having someone to chat with can brighten your day.
And that's where our new A Friendly Voice service comes in.
We've developed Jodie, our friendly AI receptionist, to do more than answer business enquiries.
Jodie can also offer a welcoming, friendly conversation to anyone who simply fancies a chat.
There's no need to have a question about window cleaning or to book one of our services.
Sometimes, you might just want someone to talk to. And that's absolutely fine.
☎️ How to Use A Friendly Voice
A Friendly Voice is now live and available through our AI receptionist, Jodie!
It's really simple to use, and you don't need to know anything about technology.
Just follow these steps:
Call OutServe Window Cleaning on our usual telephone number.
Wait for Jodie to answer. She'll welcome you and ask how she can help.
Simply tell her you'd like a chat! You could say:
"Hi Jodie, I just fancy a chat."
"I'm not calling about window cleaning. Can we have a conversation?"
"Hello, I've got a bit of time on my hands. Fancy a chat?"
That's it! Jodie can chat with you about everyday life, your interests or whatever you'd like to talk about.
There's no need to make an appointment, and you don't have to be calling about one of our services.
Just ask Jodie for a chat, and she'll take it from there. 💙

Perhaps you've been pottering around the garden and want to talk about what you've been growing.
Maybe you've watched something interesting on television, have a story to share or simply fancy a bit of company while enjoying a cup of tea.
Jodie is happy to chat about everyday things, including:

Or simply how your day's going.
There's no set conversation and nothing you need to prepare.
Just a friendly chat, whenever you fancy one.

We believe in being completely open about the technology we're using.
Jodie is an AI-powered virtual assistant, not a real person.
She can listen, respond and hold natural conversations, but she doesn't have the feelings or experiences that a human does.
Our aim isn't to replace genuine human companionship, friends or family.
Far from it.
We simply hope Jodie can provide a little extra conversation and connection, particularly during those quieter moments when someone might appreciate a friendly voice.
It's important to remember that Jodie isn't a healthcare professional, counselling service or emergency support service.
She's simply there for a friendly conversation.

When I started OutServe, I wanted to build a business that genuinely cared about its customers.
Our motto has always been:
"The service provider who cares, turns up & stays in touch!"
And I want those words to mean something.
Over time, my ambition is to grow OutServe into something much bigger than an exterior cleaning business.
I'd love to develop a service that offers practical help around the home, friendly companionship and everyday assistance to people who might need an extra helping hand.
That could mean helping someone with small household tasks, offering support with their garden or simply spending a little time having a friendly conversation.
Not everyone needs specialist care.
Sometimes people just need someone who's willing to help, someone who's reliable and someone who genuinely cares.
That's the kind of business I want OutServe to become.
A business that doesn't just look after people's homes, but looks out for the people living in them, too.
🌍 Supporting Our Community
We're a small, family-run business, and our local community is incredibly important to us.
We know that loneliness and isolation aren't always obvious.
Someone might have a lovely home, a well-kept garden and a smile on their face, yet still spend much of their day without anyone to talk to.
We certainly don't believe technology can solve loneliness.
But if a simple conversation with Jodie helps brighten someone's afternoon, even just a little, then we think that's something worth offering.
And if it encourages someone to reach out, share a story or feel a little more connected, that's a positive step.

A Friendly Voice is just the beginning of what we hope to achieve.
We're starting small, learning as we go and exploring how we can make this a genuinely useful addition to our customer service.
As OutServe grows, we hope to introduce more ways of supporting people in our community through practical help, companionship and compassionate service.
Because we believe everyone deserves to feel valued.
