At OutServe Window Cleaning, we believe great service should travel far — through word of mouth, trust, and community recommendation. Many people already recommend us to friends, family, neighbours and colleagues, even if they don’t personally use our service.
That’s why we’ve opened our OutServe Referral Programme to the general public — not just existing customers.
Whether you already use OutServe, or you’re happy with your current window cleaner but know someone who’d benefit from a reliable, quality, community-focused service, you can now take part.
💷 How the Referral Programme Works
Anyone can refer a new customer to OutServe Window Cleaning.
When someone you recommend:
Signs up to regular window cleaning
Completes a minimum of 3 consecutive paid cleans
You’ll receive £12.50 per successful referral.
There’s no limit to how many people you can refer — and rewards stack up automatically.
🎁 After 4 Referrals – Choose Your Reward
Once 4 referrals have successfully completed their minimum service period, you can choose one of the following:
🎁 £50 Amazon voucher
💳 £50 credit applied to an OutServe account
⚽ Donate £50 to a local youth sports team or community project
❤️ Giving Back — We’ll Double Your Donation
Supporting the community is central to what we do.
If you choose to donate your reward, OutServe Window Cleaning will match your £50, turning it into a £100 donation for a local youth sports team or community project.
Your support helps us:
Continue investing back into local communities
Support youth sports and grassroots projects
Keep AED & first aid equipment readily available on our vehicles for anyone in need
Even if you don’t personally use our service, your recommendation helps keep life-saving equipment visible and accessible in the areas we serve.
📌 Referral Programme – Key Terms
To keep things fair and transparent:
The referral programme is open to the general public
Referred customers must be new to OutServe Window Cleaning
Each referral requires a minimum of 3 consecutive paid cleans
£12.50 is allocated after payment for the 3rd clean is received
Rewards are unlocked after 4 successful referrals
Payouts or credits are processed within 30 days of successful payment for the 3rd visit of the 4th referred customer
Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash alternative
OutServe reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme if required
