From now on, every time we complete a window clean, you’ll notice something new. Alongside your invoice slip, you’ll find simple, step-by-step instructions on how to perform CPR printed on the reverse side.

One side carries the usual OutServe service details, while the other side is dedicated to lifesaving guidance. Our hope is that by seeing these steps regularly, the knowledge of what to do in an emergency will gradually stick in mind – ready to be called upon if ever needed.
