2022 Changes To Frequency Of Domestic Service's! how & why it will benefit you!

Commercial services are unaffected

Thanks to you great people OutServe is rapidly growing, with the goal of adding two additional vans in 2022! Aswell as OutServe Warehouse! an online supplier of the tried and tested tools and equipment we use daily.

I want to offer a reliable service you can depend on! this can be hard with my current arrangements of 1, 2, 4, 6 & 8 weekly service options. Although I love offering a wider variety of options, it also leaves little to no flexibility in my schedule for illness, bad weather etc. for this reason as of 01-02-22 I will be changing my schedule to 6 weekly & 12 Weekly for Window Cleaning & Weekly or Bi Weekly for Grass Cutting.

Window Cleaning

This is Also a great opportunity to save money! whilst keeping your property looking great with continuously clean windows! I've noticed since cleaning windows with our pure hot water reach and wash system they don't need to be cleaned so often as no residue is left on the windows for dirt to stick, like with the traditional cleaning method.

You will receive the same service Windows Frames Sills & Doors! Existing customers placed on a 6 weekly service will be charged the existing 4 weekly cleaning price, 12 weekly the existing 8 weekly price. Providing even bigger savings to our great customers!

Grass Cutting

Unfortunately changes to our gardening service will affect several of our clients, for witch I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience. But in order to provide a consistent reliable service & keeping your lawns looking great I will no longer be carrying out additional gardening duties such as hedge cutting & the tilling/weeding of borders etc. Since the theft of my hedge cutters & the loss of more than £1000 in tools this December. I've decided not to replace them & concentrate on delivering the most reliable Grass Cutting Service in the Area, With the Promise to MOW ON TIME RAIN OR SHINE! (Providing the conditions will maintain a great cut!) By concentrating on your lawn, it also allows me to offer everyone a consistent reliable service & keep investing in the most up to date quality lawn care equipment on the market! Leaving you with the best finish & quality service I want to deliver.

OutServe will still offer both Weekly & Bi Weekly Cutting Schedules

I know this wont be suitable for everyone's gardening needs & completely understand you choosing another more bespoke service provider. I've sent out a calendar for 2022 services & a Letter to any clients this change may affect. However I would love to continue taking care of your grass cutting needs.
