At OutServe Window Cleaning, i believe that being part of the community means more than just keeping windows crystal clear. It means being prepared, being present, and being ready to help—especially when it matters most. That’s why every OutServe vehicle is equipped with a full first aid kit and an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), available to the public in the event of a medical emergency.
Why We Carry First Aid Kits and an AED
Emergencies can happen anywhere, at any time. Whether it's a cut, a fall, or a cardiac event, quick access to first aid and defibrillation can make a life-saving difference. As a mobile business constantly working in local communities, commercial areas, and public spaces, we realised we’re often closer to potential emergencies than traditional emergency services.
By carrying this equipment, we want to offer something more than great service—we want to be part of the safety net in our community.
Always Ready to Respond
Every OutServe technician is trained in basic first aid and AED use. While we hope our gear never needs to be used, we’re ready to act if the situation arises. Whether it’s a passerby experiencing chest pain or someone needing basic wound care before help arrives, we’re prepared to lend a hand.
We also encourage community members: If you’re near one of our team members and need urgent first aid or AED support, don’t hesitate to ask. Our kits are for everyone, not just our crew.
Community First, Always
Outserve Window Cleaning has always been about more than clean windows. We're about people, service, and integrity. Equipping our vehicles with lifesaving tools is just another way we choose to outserve.
We’re proud to do our part—and encourage other service businesses to consider how they, too, can be part of a more prepared and safer community.
If you'd like to learn more about our safety practices or window cleaning services, don’t hesitate to reach out. And remember: when you see an OutServe vehicle in your area, you're seeing a company that cares—about your property, your wellbeing & our whole community.
